Can’t create a topic in the PC Hub

I tried to make a Free Games and Giveaways topic in the PC Hub but when I try to submit, it just tells me “You cannot reply to this topic.”, and the topic itself is nowhere to be found.

Edit: So in the main hub it says I created the topic but it’s not in the PC Hub and when I click on the creation date I get the “You cannot reply to this topic” message again
