I just learned the Premium Members will have their own Forum. I kinda saw that coming.
Maybe call their forum “House of Lords“, and this one for us poor folk, “The Commons“.
The respective labels can be “Lord” and “Commoner”, as applicable. :p
or to bring Star Wars into it: Master and Apprentice.

I agree that the private forum is off-putting. I had considered joining but will certainly not now.

I could see a private forum for Subscribers so that announcements and content could be linked there. General conversation should be for everyone.
