Your favorite TV show from the 1960s is?
“Custer” from 1967. A short lived western tv about General George Armstrong Custer (who is my hero from my hometown of Monroe Michigan). The show was canceled after complaints by American Indians. The show portrays General Custer as sympathetic to the Indians, which he actually was; read his own book & look up his actions off of the battlefield.
For a more common show, then I have to choose Gunsmoke.
I would say for me.. Batman.
Batman!
The original Star Trek, although UFO comes a close second.
Star Trek: TOS
Gilligan’s Island. I saw all of them in reruns of course. Such a clean show. Don’t look at it too critically. Just enjoy the goofiness.
