    Hello there,

I signed up last night about 12 hours ago, I didn’t get a confirmation of my membership in my email that I used to sign up with.  The Premium tab right now is giving a 404 error.  My status last night before I went to bed said active.

I figured there might be some delay on my profile saying I was a premium member has someone has to put the tag on physically and add me to the member list.

Maybe if the webmaster could add a notice or a note explaining the process.

    Thanks G&G

    404error

A screen shot of the error code I am getting when clicking on the Premium Tab.

I would hate to see people turned away from the site, just because of some technical error.

Thought I would have heard from someone by now.  I just got home from work.  Sent this message before work this morning.

Any mods out here who can answer a question for me on the membership?

Is this working as intended?  How long before one gets access to premium membership after the payment has already gone though? (Tags ect.)

Still getting a 404 error on my end.

Hate to sound like that guy complaining, but if something isn’t working right on the site, I wanted to report it.

Have you tried the “Report Issue” tool? (see image, yellow arrow)

Have you tried clearing your browser cache? This site seems to have issues with cookies sometimes and I have noticed that by clearing them out it usually fixes most issues on this site.

I did try the report button.  I have yet to try to clear my cookies.  I should do that now.

I had a hunch it might be on my end.

These guys are on top of things and if there is an issue it would normally be addressed by now.

I put my faith and trust in Jeremy and his team.  And did so for good reason.

Thanks for the reply Wu Beebee

After clearing history, cashe, cookies, site data.

      Still getting the 404 error.

This is on my end I take it?  You are able to click on the Premium Tab, click Manage Subscription and not get a 404 error as shown in my screen shot?

Did send the report, as I did this morning too.

No confirmation of Report issue sent from this morning.  Not sure if they send confirmation of Report issue or not to email.

It’s not like super important here.. I would have sent the site the money if I got a premium account or not.  Just wanted to make sure it was on my end and not the sites end.

Thank you though for the help!

Thanks Lavosslayer, I did try that after reading your message but same 404 error.  Rest of the site works just fine.

      Just that one section.

Actually, I do see that same screen when I click “Manage Subscription”. However, I haven’t subscribed to be a Premium Member.

Since you are a legit Premium Member, it seems logical that you should see something else.

Not receiving an email confirmation is a little troubling, in conjunction with your not receiving a confirmation for the Premium subscription either.

I do typically receive a “Usersnap” email confirmation after reporting an issue via that tool; sometimes it arrives several hours later, often in my Junk folder.

Just went in and did a manual disk clean up and cleared everything out of my browser.

The premium tag is now on my profile, so that is working now.

But yeah Premium/ Manage Subscription is still 404

So we are one step closer.. I know for a fact it is not just my end.  But after the clear of all that, it did fix part of the issue.

The rest I will leave to the staff here.

        Thanks again!

Hmm, I’ll pass this along to our devs and see if they can have this fixed by the end of the day for you. Sorry about this!

No worries Siobhan!  Thank you for your help.  Jeremy also DM me on the issues, which as of 24 hours ago are fixed!

No more 404 errors, and the site is now working as intended from my end.

        Thanks again for the support.
