July PS+ Titles

1. Rise of the Tomb Raider:  The best entry in the reboot trilogy that does a good job of balancing the shooter and platforming sections. I would say it’s a must play for every gamer.  Even though Lara’s redesign was, clearly, for woke reasons, they did a great job with the character and I site her as an example of how you can write a strong female character and not come across like an asshole.

2. Erica: Decent FMV game. Story is a pretty short and characters underdeveloped but for a game that was 10 bucks on release I think they did a great job. It is intended to be played through several times to see everything.

3. NBA 2K20: I dont give a fuck.

Personally, I prefer relatively new indies I may not have heard of otherwise over older AAA titles that can be purchased for next to nothing. I’ve seen ROTR for 5 bucks before and NBA 2K20 will be worthless when the next title drops in like 2 months. But I seem to be the minority there. haha
