Favourite Anime Heroes

Kinda self-explanatory. Which anime protagonist do you love? Could be any reason, such as the strengths you admired, flaws you could relate to, or just simply appreciated their arc in relation to the story (note: the character doesn’t necessarily have to be the main character).
I would have too many to list in one post, but here are my picks off the top of my head:
(You knew Guts would make it on my list. He’s number one in my book). Yeah, I’m pretty drawn to total badasses. What can I say, I like the “lone wolf” types. They pretty much represent my idea of what a hero should be like.
Honourable mention: Kuririn/Krillin. Goku couldn’t ask for a more devoted friend. He’s the king of all underdogs.
Koji/Lobomon, Digimon Frontier, been my favorite character since i first watched Digimon at 4 years old and is still my all time favorite anime character today. He’s also the “lone wolf” type of character. I’ve always been able to relate to him, there’s something deep, melancholic about his personality
Yeah, Saitama is a good pick. He’s a key example of how to do an overpowered character in a story right. I’d count him as one of the best anime heroes to come around in a long time.
Some other favorites of mine include would have include…
Erwin Smith (‘hero’ is somewhat questionable but that’s part of what makes him great).
Levi Ackerman (if you’ve ever felt about about your life, at least you’re not a midget who hangs out with teenagers because all of his friends are dead).
And I’d be remiss not to mention a couple of Fullmetal Alchemist characters (my picks being Alex Lois Armstrong, Roy Mustang, Von Hohenheim and, yeah, I’d say even Greed Mk. II, to a point).

i think all theses characters have had a real inpact in my life
I haven’t watched Fullmetal Alchemist in forever, my favorite character’s Al, but it seems i’m way more similar to Ed 😹
