I tried creating a topic in General Theme Park Discussions, and when I hit submit, it just said “You cannot reply to this topic”. When I clicked off of it, the topic wasn’t there

Yes i Wonder Where cartoon borad like for western one there anime borad but there are no cartoon that is not anime

I’m having same issue, I can see it in my profile under forum tab only(post was located in meme’s). I have attached a screen shot of the post, if that will help.
Update: Hmm now it has appears after i posted this. Almost as if it’s a mysql/sql-lite server side caching issue?
