Most Recent Topics is not working

Right now when i click on Most Recent Topics
https://www.geeksandgamers.com/topics/
it shows me this thread as one with the last post being 51 seconds ago
but the last post was made on July 10th
Most Recent Topics seems to be stuck in the past as this applies to every thread it lists, also I am shown as logged out while in Most Recent Topics and when I try to log in the site tells me that I already am.
