I have a question regarding the accumulation of Points.
I see we get 1 point for each new forum topic created.
I see we get 1 point for each new forum reply.
BUT…
We only get the 1 point for new forum reply if we are replying to someone else.
If we post (for example) in the MEME’s section, and we post a new meme (we get one point) BUT if we post another one before someone else does we get ZERO points. And if we post a third meme in a row, etc, we only get 1 point.
I know this because if I add up all my “TOPICS STARTED” and “REPLIES CREATED” they do NOT equal “MY TOTAL POINTS”. And that excludes the 10 points for becoming a member.
So if we look at the “HOW TO EARN POINTS”, it says:
Points for new forum reply
1
No limit
So if I post a few memes one after another, or if someone posts several pics of ART in a row, the NO LIMIT is not true for earning points.
This has to be clarified and corrected/fixed.
Thanks.
I have 483 points and I have no idea what they are good for.
Some forums have it where there is a ranking system for various things.
Top members who click “LIKE” the most.
Top members who get the most “LIKEs”.
Top members based on total posts.
Member titles achieved after x-posts (x-points).
So I don’t know if this is something for “premium” members only, or if it is something they have not yet fully programmed in.
Does the forums count replies differently?
If we reply to a thread, or reply directly to another’s reply?
I don’t think points are awarded in the later.
Is that how it works, or is that something being fixed?
If you reply in a thread created by someone else you get 1 point.
If you reply in a thread you created you get ZERO points.
Is that how the point system works?
