Graphics card stock nightmare

I’ve given up looking for either a 3080 or 6800xt the stock issues are a nightmare in the UK. What’s everyone else’s experience ? I would prefer the 3080 but as I have a 1060 3gb the 6800xt would still be a big jump. What are your preferences?
