New Abbotsford AHL team to be called Canucks
ABBOTSFORD, B.C. — The Vancouver Canucks’ new American Hockey League affiliate will be called the Abbotsford Canucks.
How original.
The club announced the team’s name via Instagram on Wednesday with a short video showcasing its “Johnny Canuck” logo.
While it is nice to see Johnny as the main logo, I am now waiting to see how soon before people like greenpeace call on the removal of the lumberjack, as it promotes an industry that is destroying the forests by cutting down trees, etc Or the sjw’s that it is not gender neutered/neutral.
