Um, wow. That’s nuts. Can you imagine the discovery on that? I am thinking it will be dismissed and won’t ever make it to trial. If it did go to trial, all hell will break loose.

So, can we then sue the biased, legacy media for covering up the Biden Laptop, and spreading misinformation on the defunked fake dossier?
Or the media covering up that the Parental Rights Act, was able sex talk to those before the 3rd grade, and was NOT a “do not say gay” or effecting ALL school students.
I see this lawsuit as an attack on freedom of media.

I think the suit against JP Morgan is more of a financial one but the media can indeed be sued. Look at those who have done it via slander/libel laws. It should be done more so that people will fear peddling actual observable lies. But I think that is best done on the individual level and not some wacky class action.
