Hey guys please check out my video on the critical drinkers review of barbie https://youtu.be/ZYVgWoGLdb8
What do you guys think of the barbie movie and why is it so talked about? should I watch it?
I’ve very mixed feelings about it since I’m not a Barbie fan although I’ve yet to see it myself. From what I know, if you’re a guy, you’re not going to like it but if you’re a woman you’re still going to get very mixed feelings about it. I’m only slightly interested in it because I really like Margot Robbie as an actress, especially when she does the “crazy girl” roles. Which from my understanding she does on here. I’ve only avoided watching the trailers because I didn’t want anything to do with that horrible song by Aqua in case it was being played on said trailer😂
I don’t understand why folks get so bent over movies or TV they do not like or disagree with. I know YouTubers have to do what YouTubers have to do but movies I know I won’t like or I know are stupid I just avoid and don’t support with my views or money. I see no reason for their to be entire campaigns about such things. I actually think doing that helps those endeavors out more than it hurts them.
As far as Barbie. I am not a 12 year old girl and I know 98% of all current content out of Hollywood is propaganda. So, hard pass.
EDIT – Standard I do not hate you if I disagree with you disclaimer: If you like the Barbie movie I have zero issue with that.
I can name a lot of films and tv shows that I like that no-one else likes and I’ve no issues with that. I really like the Halle Berry version of ‘Catwoman’ as it’s my first comic book film that I ever watched. Yeah it’s not perfect but I still have a lot fun watching it. I’m ashamed to say that I’ve got the PS2 game and the soundtrack to it too😂.
That’s ok. I like “Battlefield Earth”.
I for one am sick of hearing about this movie and will be glad when this new fad passes.
Now that “barbie” has passed $1Billion world wide box office, when will talk of a sequel happen?
Barbie (the dolls) have had diverse barbies for a long time now.
If there is a sequel, called “Barbies”, will it be then between the various barbie dolls?
(just like “the marvels” is the sequel to captain marvel… singular marvel to multiple marvels)

And IIRC, there was an interview with the group Aqua… they were never approached about lending their song to the movie.
Guess having the lines… “life in plastic is fantastic” with all those live action actresses… might hit too close to home (silicone and plastic/cosmetic surgery)

And even if this was available on free TV, I still would not watch it. It does not appeal to me at all.
Very good review of both movies. Much deeper than any of the others I have heard. Very disappointed in the others about Civil War. Had no idea how woke it really was. Glad I did NOT watch it. Jones could have just reviewed movies. His takes are fascinating.
KEY INTEL: Alex Jones Reviews “Civil War” And “Barbie”
I heard about this movie when it came out in theatres, but from the review videos I saw online about this movie,I figured out that it wasn’t worth seeing, especially since it pretty much flopped all due to the DEI crap that was added into the film due to some brainwashed director or a Scumball activist
Guess they did a Barbie dance?
Danny Amendola and pro Witney Carson perform a Freestyle to “Pink” by Lizzo and “I’m Just Ken” by Ryan Gosling on Dancing with the Stars.
As for the *Civil War* film Comicsgate. From what I heard about this film is that there could be some speculative scenarios that possibly could of come to fruition if there had been a possibly for a 2nd Civil War to happen in the United States well before the elections or possibly after because there were possible speculations on this occuring
In fact, it raises philosophical questions about the meaning of identity, societal expectations, and the balance between individuality and collective roles. Barbie, being the embodiment of an ideal, is suddenly confronted with a reality that is far from being so perfectly ordered. This movie is a kind of mirror where each viewer can see something different: criticism of stereotypes, reflection on her role in the world or just a funny story. Sorry for the philosophy :D
