Ahsoka Clip: “Trick”

Today, yet another teaser for Ahsoka dropped. The clip is titled “Trick,” and actually contains some new footage. Check it out here:
Although the show is called Ahsoka, the main thing I’m getting from the marketing is an impending sense of doom about Sabine. This character is already an artist and Mandalorian warrior, let alone the creator of a terrible weapon for the Empire. She is very complex, and her story is already pretty busy, so I don’t understand the drive to make her a Jedi.
The clip is well-edited and exciting, and I wonder how Balon knew Anakin. I don’t mean to be all doom and gloom, and before season 3 of Mando, I couldn’t wait for Ahsoka. That season’s wasted potential and the focus on Sabine’s Force-sensitivity are just pretty upsetting.
