The Dragon Prince Announces Season 6 Release Date
This morning, the official Dragon Prince YouTube channel posted a video announcing the release date for season 6. This will be the Netflix animated series’ second to last season, and it premieres on July 26, 2024. Check out the clip here:
I still need to watch season 5 of The Dragon Prince. I’ve loved this show from the beginning, and I watched it faithfully, but season 4 felt like a big step down for the series in terms of storytelling. The Dragon Prince was always an all-ages animated series, but season 4 was downright childish in its humor and characterization. I am going to watch seasons 5 and 6 and the rest of the show when it airs, and I hope season 4 was just a blip for an otherwise great series. I don’t know what to make of this clip for the most part, and that’s probably because I’m behind on The Dragon Prince. Janai screaming makes me believe something has happened to Amaya. If anyone has insight, don’t tell me so I can catch up and find out.
