Paris Olympics

Disgusted when I saw this this morning. When I had gone downstairs to sort out my washing I took a quick glance at the time since dad was watching the opening ceremony. Saw men in skirts and I knew what was going on so I vacated upstairs for two hours. Also, pretty sure that the last I checked pulling a flag upside down is actually OFFENSIVE so why is no-one being called out over this???

There is a distinct difference between not believing in something and hating that something to the point where you invest real effort into mocking it.

The philosophical difference there is you don’t hate what you don’t believe exists.

What people will do is try to convince themselves so hard everyone else knows what you are doing and why.

If I created an entire show about how not gay I am, everyone would just assume I was trying to convince myself.

“Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. 10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.”  –Matthew 24

Gotta love how they’re trying to claim that “Oh it’s just a handful of people who hated that. Most people loved it!” yet from what I’ve seen online, it’s the complete opposite.
