Castlevania: Nocturne Trailer Kills Vampires
Today, Netflix dropped a full trailer for the upcoming Castlevania spin-off Castlevania: Nocturne. This series is loosely based on Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and follows Richter Belmont on his quest to kill vampires. Check it out here:
I love Castlevania; it’s one of my favorite shows ever. I’ve been more than a little pumped for Castlevania: Nocturne since the original show ended. This trailer mostly looks excellent. Personally, I’m disappointed they’re leaning even more into the anime aesthetic. I love a lot of anime, and I don’t hate the style, but for some reason, I resent American animation that mimes it too closely. But I still look forward to this series, and I will have a review for it.
