Jeremy Griggs, aka Jeremy Prime, aka DDayCobra, is the founder and owner of Geeks + Gamers. He’s also one of the most influential streamers on YouTube today. You can watch his streams on the Geeks + Gamers channel or his personal channel, DDayCobra. His DDayCobra channel is so popular, it has topped the Most Superchatted charts numerous times.
When Jeremy isn’t talking about games, movies, and pop culture on Geeks + Gamers, you can usually find him talking politics on his DDayCobra channel. Jeremy is the only right-leaning political commentator I know of who is also an advocate for the rights of the LGBTQ community. No matter where he’s streaming, Jeremy can’t help but tell everyone how super-duper gay he is.
Despite this, I usually watch Jeremy’s streams. They’re usually on point, but most of the time, he’s muted, and sometimes Jeremy just can’t help himself. For example, one time, he reacted to his own content. Who does that? Grifters, that’s who. Jeremy is a grifter.
This is just sad; last night on Cobracast (the DDayCobra stream), Jeremy was made aware that Asmondgold, another streamer, was reacting to one of his videos. Jeremy then decided to do the unthinkable – reacting to Asmondgold’s reaction to DDayCobra. The next 15 minutes or so were basically Jeremy saying, “I agree with that,” to everything he says in his DDayCobra video that Asmondgold is reacting to. The look on Jeremy’s face while watching himself is just, well… you see, Jeremy is what most people call “special.” There was a short documentary made about it called Special Jeremy. It’s worth a watch.
The video Asmondgold is reacting to is of Jeremy reacting to Asmondgold. So you have two Jeremys on stream, and two Asmondgolds on stream. It gets confusing. You can barely tell which Jeremy is saying what, all while the Jeremy who is live says, “I agree with that,” or “This is great content!” Of course it is, Jeremy.
I don’t know what you call this content, but if it works, then it works, I guess. Grifters gonna grift, and that’s what Jeremy is and does. It’s all a grift, and not even a good one, either. But hey, Jeremy’s special, so we all just act like we like him.
Right when the grift is really working (sure), Jeremy’s system crashes, and he has to restart his computer. LOL. Even bro’s computer was like, “Nah, man,” and shut down. It took Jeremy, like, 8 minutes to return to his stream, so for 8 minutes, thousands of people just sat and waited for him to come back. Remarkable.
What is exceptionally suspicious is that Jeremy thought this was a good idea. You can see the excitement on his face; he thinks he just killed it, but no. He even extends his misplaced glee to his X account, continuing with the “winning” he thinks he’s experiencing.
Should I react to this video of me reacting to Asmongold reacting to me reacting to him? pic.twitter.com/lNVIWLNxFF

Honestly, I think this is all really motivational. I walked away with such a beautiful positivity for the rest of the world. And in today’s divided culture, that really means something. I mean, if Jeremy can find success by doing stuff like this, then why couldn’t anyone else who is special? Jeremy shows that no matter one’s circumstances, hard work and dedication really do pay off. You just have to stick to your convictions no matter what, and that’s the bottom line.
Shoutout to the 199!

Cobracast is actually a legit stream. Jermy became a good streamer, in that his commentary is pretty on target. Reminds me a big of Carolla back when he had more of an edge. Never thought that I’d listen to general politics from Jermy but I do. Him and Gary say some things that do make me think.
