Not in China! Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore has been altered to remove any mention of Albus Dumbledore being gay and in love with Gellert Grindelwald, the series’ villain. This shouldn’t be surprising to anyone with more than five brain cells. The two lines spoken by Albus Dumbledore were:

It appears that only when W.B. is making money do they support the LGBT community. This is hypocritical and ironic, to say the least. So, if you’re searching for “the gay,” go to a westernized movie theater near you!
I won’t lie; as a massive Harry Potter fan, this film is just overshadowed by bad P.R. There’s this, Ezra Miller, Jonny Depp, and people wanting to kill Wizarding World author and creator J.K. Rowling. It’s tough to still be excited for what’s to come. But I’ll still go; I need answers from that chaotic second film. Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore hits theaters this Friday, April fifteenth. See you at the cinema!
