Glass Onion Will Have a Limited Theatrical Run
Today, Netflix and the major theater chains reached an agreement to give Glass Onion a theatrical release. The sequel to 2019’s breakout hit Knives Out will run November 23-29 in cinemas before its Netflix debut on December 23. This news comes from The Hollywood Reporter.
I find this exciting! While it’s convenient (and cheap) for the Knives Out sequels to go straight to Netflix, the first one felt very theatrical, and I hope these will too. I can’t wait to see Glass Onion; I only hope it lives up to its predecessor.
