There is not a day on the internet where a random “pronouns in bio” on X/Twitter isn’t offended by something, even if they have to make it all up in their delusional little minds. A day ago, a user by the name of Grayson (MinuteNerdNews) took to the social media platform to type up a thread on Gary (Nerdrotic) spewing much vitriolic hate and potential threats towards him, which, when one is a public figure of any sort, is unfortunately a common occurrence.
All the claims given in the thread are the standards one hears from these SJW types, throwing out the usual terms like “racist,” “trans/homophobic,” “misogynist,” and “white supremacist.” These terms are always thrown out when people with actual taste are in no way entertained by the slop put out by Hollywood in the past eight years, give or take. Nobody with a sound mind wishes to have things preached at them when viewing a film that is meant to allow one to escape the real world for a few hours, which is the issue with these sorts of people who seethe at the smallest dissenting opinion. And that’s just it; it’s AN OPINION. Everyone has them, but they are in no way true. Young people nowadays “live” far too much online and believe all that occurs on social media to be what is actually happening in the real world. Many of these children have not been taught how to work through their problems, as a majority of the older generations have. Stating the above sounds like a broken record, but it rings true. They have been given everything, yet they remain unsatisfied due to the human longing to seek something far greater than ourselves. However, they do not know what it is without someone properly guiding them to the purpose they seek, whether they recognize it or not.
However, the most outrageous claim in this thread is this user stating of Gary, “He’s such a problematic person that his whereabouts on January 6 could be brought into question.” This, here, gives all anyone needs to know about this person in that he/him has utterly lost the plot. It does beg the question how, before all this, Grayson had fewer followers that he does now, and the post he made has been magically amplified—coincidence?
Recently, a mysterious X user posted a thread attempting to demonize Gary aka Nerdrotic and I wanted to share some info about He/Him with you.

He’s also the typical Disney/MCU shill and terrorist organization sympathizer (which, truthfully, is the far more problematic of the two), yet a simple YouTuber like Gary is the problem. Grayson has also made the claim that “a close friend” was working on the recent film Deadpool & Wolverine not long before his post about Gary gained more traction. Now, in typical social media instigator fashion, replies are being hidden—of users with blue checkmarks, in particular—who disagree with him because, apparently, he “wants the thread to be seen,” and posts are being deleted in rapid succession on his profile, along with the very post in question berating Gary now being switched to limited viewed. Thankfully, this Fellowship/199 is formidable against any force that seeks to subvert it, so nothing can keep us down for long.
In other words, you hate that Gary doesn’t pretend to like the things you pretend to like, he articulates why in a funny and insightful way, and has achieved massive success doing it. Meanwhile you’re left languishing in insignificance. This entire thread reeks of jealousy and… https://t.co/uX592mVaYX

These cowardly sorts can only dish out insults but cannot take any regarding themselves; therefore, they default to raging tantrums like an attention-depraved child. The internet has bred many narcissists in the past decade, craving the likes and replies on a post; when they’re not received, their brains cannot compute. To be a tad more gentle now, it truly is sad how far these young people will go for attention, all because they appear not to have had much from their parents when growing up. Therefore, the phone or tablet shoved at them became that lifeline, that “precious” to them which, whenever taken away, caused fits of upset.
One can only hope that these poor souls are able to find a true purpose in their lives, the one thing that many have sadly been told they don’t possess at all. After hitting rock bottom, as many people have in their own ways over the centuries, the greatest art was produced, be it paintings, novels, or sculptures. Yet no one is given the tools to express these feelings in a meaningful way, and, unfortunately, with what is being taught to these kids nowadays, they do not seek to create but to destroy all beauty in the world. This is why it is so important for those with a talent in anything to keep it up, even if it’s still small-scale. It could be helping someone get through the darkest moments of their lives and lift their souls to seek/pursue things they otherwise would’ve never believed they could achieve.
Art, in its many forms, is the greatest tool humans can use to express their thoughts, so with the depravity that continues to seep into something once used for goodness, to tell meaningful stories that anyone, regardless of race or creed, can relate to through the characters and overall premise, is something that more good people need to take back from those who seek to eradicate this tool from our very souls.

This was the most fun I had on twitter in a very long time.
