Patti LuPone Cast in Agatha: Coven of Chaos

Deadline reports that Patti LuPone has joined the cast for WandaVision spin-off Agatha: Coven of Chaos. Joe Locke, Aubrey Plaza, Ali Ahn, Maria Dizzia, Sasheer Zamata, and Emma Caulfield Ford have already been cast in the Disney+ series. 

I don’t feel strongly about this news. I like Patti LuPone a lot for her work on TV, and while I’m far from an expert on musical theater, she’s a legend there. But while I enjoyed WandaVision, it doesn’t need a spin-off for its villain character. I also have no faith in Disney+ Marvel projects at this point.
