Adding profile pic

Hey Geeks and Gamers, im having trouble uploading a profile pic. Is anybody else having this problem.

Can somebody tell me how to do it in case im not doing it properly please

I go to my profile, then click the blue icon with the white symbol. Upload image and update, but nothing happens?
