Same here. I was in my 20’s at the time and was fully behind the war and Bush. I only wish I had been as awake then as I am now.

Alex Jones may be a bit sensational, but he has been on the right path on many of the topics he has discussed in the past. The biggest problem I see with this verdict is it is punitively punishing someone for asking questions about a story/narrative. It is more of a referendum on the first amendment and warning to all who come after to not question the story that the masters are pushing.

A bigger question in this case is why hasn’t there been the same sort of suits brought against Wolfgang Halbig? He was the school security expert who pointed out all of the holes in the official story and response while it was going on. He has been on Jones’ show numerous times (as well as others), but has gone quiet in the past couple of years. Perhaps he was silenced/paid off so they could go after Jones to make and example out of him.

Things that make you go hmmm.

We will have to agree to disagree on the Crowder thing. One can think Finland is socialist or has socialist tendencies without lying. I see that as an opinion. Your example of content location is not the same thing.

But saying Finland is socialist is objectively false. America has Chinatowns, the music charts are often topped by Korean music and has many nods towards Asian culture but it still isn’t Asian. People who have strong pride in their country and even consider themselves nationalists are not nazis even if they share that value or ideal. In other words, there’s no where near enough socialist tendencies to call it socialism. Crowder might have that opinion but it’s wrong and serves as an example that Crowder either doesn’t know or knows but is lying.

“Disinformation” is intentionally saying things that are not true with the intention of misinforming people.

in the covid article there are three options.

1. Crowder read the whole thing but decided to only show the part that fits in his narrative to push his narrative one people, which kinda fits your description.

2. Crowder only read the headline and ran with it and can’t do proper research.

3. Crowder is too braindead to understand proportions and read graphs and so he misunderstood the article.

I am no expert but I believe you are incorrect. Therefore:

– you only chose the part charts that fits your narrative

– you only read some of the charts and did not do proper research

– you are too “braindead to understand” the charts so you misunderstood them

Yes, that is a sassy rebuttal of your comments. My point is we all have opinions. But they are just opinions. Yes, there is for certain objective truths about things I am with you on that. Whether Finland is socialist I believe can be an opinion as that is a nuanced conversation.

Absolutely! I begrudge no one to have pride in their country and culture. In fact I think that is how things should be. We should all appreciate the positive aspects of where we come from and have pride in it.

Good show today. All about Bolsonaro in Brazil. AJ says Bolsonaro will get arrested. I heard Crowder was banned from youtube? Anyway, the mainstream media has been disinformation my entire life. None of the new online talent has done anything remotely comparable.

@Vknid my point was that even something has certain influences doesn’t make it fully what has influenced it. Like my second example that people who have strong pride in their country doesn’t make them nazis. So Crowder claiming Finland is socialist just shows his lack of knowledge about things outside America and he keeps feeding it to his audience who get wrong information. On this point I can accept that it’s not a lie but rather Crowder taking a grain of truth and arriving at a false conclusion, whether willingly to propagandize his audience or due to his lacking knowledge.

But with the NATO thing, he gives factually wrong information about how the funding works. That’s not an opinion, that’s just straight up false information.

Alex Jones had a mantra for about ten years that was “Smash the left/right paradigm.” That slogan alone I think led to populism and national populism. It is interesting that the media claims somehow that populism and nationalism are threats to Democracy. Many terms thrown at a public that notices and starts to wonder who government works for outside of the looting robber baron class. “Smash the left/right paradigm” is an Alex Jones message that changed the world. Jones left his mark already.

Infowars’ Alex Jones Files for Bankruptcy After $1 Billion Sandy Hook Verdict

Infowars host Alex Jones filed for personal bankruptcy after being ordered to pay more than $1 billion to families of Sandy Hook massacre victims, court papers show.

The bankruptcy filing gives Jones breathing space from his creditors while working out a repayment plan. The petition also alludes to the ongoing bankruptcy of Infowars’ parent company, Free Speech Systems LLC.

As well as time for the appeal process to happen, I guess.

Jones has assets totaling no more than $10 million, according to the bankruptcy petition.

His largest unsecured creditors are primarily family members of Sandy Hook victims….

Forcing one to pay over 1,000x their assets, what did you expect would happen.
