Not watched Naruto, I take it?
He deserts his home and defects to a freakin’ terrorist, doesn’t care his old friends nearly died trying to bring him back and later abandons (and even tries to kill one) his own teammates as soon as he considered them dead-weight.
He’s kind of a massive dick-weed.

I actually came up with a power for this fellow as well as a pro and con for his superpower.
Power:Create a Superpowered Costume.
Pros and Cons of his power:
Pros:Able to change Editions that can give him different superpowers.
Cons:In order for him to create the costume, he needs to disintegrate the clothes he wear and use disintegrated parts of his clothes to create it.

So, if he’s in the middle of disintegrating his clothes to make his costume and gets interrupted, do his clothes go back to normal… or does he remain butt naked?

Powers:Transform into a living superpowered costume
Pros and Cons of his power:
Pros:Able him to regenerate and remeasure. Without a wearer he can only extend and expand. With a wearer, he tune up and down his wearer’s Speed and Strength.
Cons:He can only tune down his wearers back to normal.
