Neo Metal Sonic was actually criminally underutilized in Sonic Heroes despite being the main villain of the game – If Sonic Heroes had been Adventure 3 I’m sure his character would’ve been fleshed out better.
He has and always will be Sonic’s greatest rival, he deserves as such.
