I disliked Baby Yoda until they clarified he actually got training, and still requires it, unlike Rey.
Imagine if we had let them get away with making another Rey. It would have been over. Congrats to everyone who fought for some rational canon to be inserted back into Star Wars.
Now we have the Ashoka series hinting at World Between Worlds, alternate universe, which could completely save all other canon from the DT nonsense. Things are looking up. They’re beginning to capitulate, but the war has not yet been won.
