Hello Metouchi, I have been able to accept friend requests by hovering over the profile picture of the friend request. There should be three options: accept, decline, or message afterwards. You can then click on one of the options after hovering. The other accept and decline buttons in the friends section of the account/profile is having issues at the moment so use this instead.
