cant get my username

      i cant log in using my username.  it keeps on rejecting my password.  and when i click “forgot my password” and put in my email i never get the recovery email [before you ask yes i have checked my spam folder.]

          thank you.  finally was able to get into my original username but none of the reset password emails went through.
