Cant Participate in “Playstation Hub”

Whenever I open up the “PlayStation Hub” I can not create my own thread because the website says I’m signed out.
I can still comment on other post and every other forum functions correctly.

Is this still happening? And if it happens again, can you share a screencap of what you see when trying to post a topic?
