Covid terminology

The media/health care people are using misleading terms.

For our schools we have:

an outbreak of two or more cases

but are only under “watch” status with five or more cases.

Personally, I would do it the opposite.

1 or 2 cases, the school/business/etc should be considered under a “covid watch”.

It should be declared an “outbreak” with 5 or more cases.

Not the other way around like it is.
