Ezra Miller’s Reaction To WB Considering Cancelling The Flash Revealed
Ezra Miller has discussed the future of The Flash with WB executives in an attempt to keep the movie on track and a new report revealed his reaction to the studio considering canceling the film. The Flash is one of the upcoming DC Extended Universe projects slated for 2023, following up on the character introduced briefly in 2016’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice before becoming a main star in 2017’s Justice League.
Guess without the exposure this film could give Miller (and the payday), his luck at continuing his groomerism would be much limited.
Especially once Miller heard they cancelled Batgirl and I can see he feared they would do the same with his film.
The future of The Flash has been seemingly in jeopardy for some time, as Miller’s off-set behavior has been drawing lots of negative attention to the actor. After being arrested twice, once for harassment and once for assault in Hawaii this April, they were charged with felony burglary in Vermont earlier this month.
Miller is ASKING to be cancelled.
Per THR, this week Miller and their agent Scott Metzger had a meeting on the Warner Bros. lot with film chairs Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy to discuss the future of The Flash. While the string of bad headlines dogging them hadn’t bothered the actor, the idea that The Flash might be canceled provided them the kick they needed to reconsider their behavior and make an apology.
Which might be too little too late for alot of fans.
However, it will remain to be seen if Miller truly keeps their image clean and seeks the treatment they have promised. If they can maintain a consistent course until next summer, however, it seems entirely possible that DCEU fans will finally be able to see The Flash.
But do they want to in the numbers the studio is expected/needed to consider this film a success.
However, if everything backslides and The Flash is actually canceled…
Will come as no surprise to some, and Miller’s days as a hollywood actor is at an end.
They’ll need a string of hits released in a regular pattern in order to re-right themselves and even begin to think about properly competing with the continued market domination of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Considering how the meh-she-ugh has been doing lately, DC needs great quality, entertaining films right NOW. The time is NOW for DC and they can’t afford to release garbage.
How long did it take to bring Superman back to the big screen after the disaster that was Superman IV? Almost two decades!
It took almost a decade after Batman & Robin before they could get the rebooted Batman Begins.
DC can’t afford to wait another decade if anything they put out now is GARBAGE/ruins the brand for today’s purchasing consumers.
Sadly, Ezra and Amber (Aquaman film) are both huge NEGATIVES for the studio.
Wokism is a huge NEGATIVE to their bottom line.
As much of a fan of the Comic Book Flash I am (and the live action version with John Wesley Shipp as Barry Allen, police forensic scientist, and the Flash) I hate Ezra’s version, and the need for a Wally West Flash is growing bigger every day.
I can easily see the Wally West Flash as being the future of the Flash movie franchise.
This guy is DEEPLY troubled. He will continue to spiral out of control until he asks for help that he desperately needs.
It wouldn’t surprise me if they cancelled this film either. I think WB/DC’s best bet is to release it on HBO Max then they don’t have to do a press tour with Ezra and Ezra can get the help he needs before it ends up being too late for him. Sadly, I think it probably might be too late for Ezra.
As for Aquaman 2, they should recast and reshoot the Turd’s scenes or at least remove the Turd completely from it (I’ve no polite words to describe that horrible woman).
@DragonLady
If they were to recast Aquaman there is two women right off the top of my head I would be very happy with, One would without doubt raise the Cackles of some people because they would say RACE SWAP. But I am looking at this from a Chemistry standpoint….
First is Clearly Emilia Clarke, there is no doubt at all those two would make it a Billion Dollar movie, and as I have openly said probably 2+ Billion. The fans love them together and they honestly have a chemistry that is Genuine.
The other would be Rachel Luttrell, for those who don’t know her she was Jasons co-star on Stargate Atlantis. You get your Strong Female Actress, that can actually act and you get onscreen chemistry that is known. Now some will complain about her race but i sure didnt see anyone complaining about Jasons, so to them I say shut it. I want good actors and chemistry, and she covers it.
This groomer is getting away with his crimes!
Will plead guilty to trespassing in exchange for charges of larceny and burglary being dropped, and getting only one year probation and $500 fine.
This is sick.
Either way, the Flash movie is DOA.
As much as we want to think grooming and or pedophilia is out of bounds for society it seems to me that it’s perfectly allowed at this point and nearly accepted. It really seems to depend on your state you reside in and who you know.
For example, where I live they just gave a lifetime pedo 3 life sentences. But in stark contrast look at this Miller thing and it was let go even after all he did because he is a Hollywood “elite”.
School grooming, kid “friendly” drag shows, Hollywood shenanigans and so on. It is clear where this is all heading and it is nearly there in my opinion. Everyone with a brain and a clear sense of right and wrong needs to fight back now.
I don’t understand why they won’t just put it on HBO at this point. No-one is going to watch it and if they do it’s only for Michael Keaton as Batman.
Why?
Because those woke studio’s are still delusional that “woke sells”.
It does not.
Aquaman 2 is gonna die because there is still 12-15 minutes of A.💩 in the movie.
Flash is DOA because this sick groomer is the lead character/actress.
Those two are TOXIC.
And yet, the actors paying fans WANT to see more of have been cancelled (Cavill, Gadot – even if WW1984 was crap, Mamoa – might be back as LOBO but not as Aquaman).
I’m confused with what’s going on with ‘Aquaman 2’ because the last I heard Mera was spotted on set but it wasn’t the 💩 and that one of the main complaints from the test screenings was 💩’s appearance.
Back to Ezra…I guess WB didn’t learn their lesson after ‘Fantastic Beasts 2’ flip-flopped and fell on its butt🙄…
Hollywood KNOWS woke does not sell. Don’t confuse entertainment with propaganda. They know what they are doing and have been probably for longer than we want to admit or know unfortunately.
When one puts agenda before profits, nothing makes sense.
It is not like they are using their own money. Oh No!
I heard someone (I forget who) say that they hypothesize Hollywood is happy to lose money on their propaganda so long as they make the occasional Avatar or whatever where they make billions. Thought that was plausible.

Considering how much holly-woke gets in government money/bailouts/subsidies/etc. why should they change?
But once the money stops, then they will be forced to either produce what the consumers wants to buy, or go broke.
Good point for sure. I don’t see their grift stopping anytime soon. What probably needs to happen is for normal folks to boycott ANYTHING they make as not to fund the machine. That way even the occasional hit won’t save them. I for one don’t watch hardly anything beyond 2010. As a movie collector I can tell you 2010 is where they shifted to fulltime propaganda. Prior to that movies only had some propaganda in them instead of being total propaganda.
I spend more time looking backwards into old titles flushing things out I have not seen before than looking forward. There was a few decades there that are choked full of good movies.
Dave Cullen has been reviewing old dystopian movies from the 70’s and those are some great movies and I enjoy him doing that.
