Just thought I would share this with my fellow Geeks and Gamers. If you use Facebook for actually keeping up with friends and family and hate the politics/pissing contests to the point where you want to abandon Facebook….
Checkout the app Friendly. The app hides things that you don’t want to see or read about. You can use any keyword you want to and it’s almost 100% foolproof. I cut out all things political and now I’m back to family photos, jokes, etc.
I got so fed up with Facebook and the things I was seeing I was going to delete my account if I could start blocking it.
It allows access to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, but Facebook is the only platform with the filter option.

I am working on an alternative to facebook, something more modern and updated feel to upholding the 1st amendment. It is called and still under construction “federalisthub.com”. I dont want to advertise on G+G, but i want to tell you as i am excited.
