Going to watch it tonight.
I didn’t read the books, so I know nothing about the story and characters, but I read a few reviews and some people are mad at the show because (surprise) they gender-swapped some characters. And if they did that, then we can (maybe) expect a show with an agenda, unfortunately.
But I will try not to think about it, while I watch the 1st 2 episodes. If it’s watchable, I will keep watching ( i love sci-fi entertainment) and recommend it.
Edit:
Unfortunately it’s a pass for me. The show is not made for me. Too boring, the acting is not great, and yeah, it’s woke af. But maybe a younger generation will dig it.
