How centralization is being forced

I am using this article (which in itself is all kinds of interesting) to demonstrate how there is a very strong effort being made by the Federal goverment and its supporting non-profits to centralize goverment power.  This is something I rarely hear openly discussed.

But notice that the radical left (and by extension the feds) are all about state’s rights when that state is doing something “progressive”.  But the moment a state attempts to assert itself in a conservative way then all guns are trained on that state and every move it makes is magnified and generally slandered.

I think this is an attempt to beat the states into submission and for them to be remade into tiny subservient versions of the Federal goverment.  I have read and seen many articles about states that are making laws as they see fit and having the radical left attack them in a concerted effort.

The media is also heavily involved in this.  This morning I watched portions of an MSNBC show that was attacking Florida and DeSantis.  And I use the word attack intentionally because they were not at all reporting on current events they were giving their opinions about it and lying by framing things in a very disingenuous way.

I support state’s rights even if I disagree with what they are doing.  But states are being treated like people.  If you tow the line you get favor but if you step out of line you are unpersoned.
