Illegal aliens are not subjuet to the laws they are in violation of the laws. The author of the amendment made it quite clear during the process of making this bill into the law that it now is that it does not apply to anyone who is not here in a lawful manner or is a ambasidor to another country.
The current MISinturpretation is due to the Supreme Court altering reality to make anchors into citizens.
Secondly the birth cert located online a few weeks ago is from Jamaca. She now failed the natural born citizen twice over.
