Jaw clamp (WTF)

Well this has to be one of the weirdest things I have seen in years, this apparently will be the new method in losing weight clamping your jaw shut. I am not joking, this is real ,in fact here it is. Looks like something the inquisition would think of as a torture device.  So what does everyone think about this?
