John McAfee Found Dead in Spanish Prison Cell: Reports
According to El Mundo, which cited a statement from Spain’s Departamento de Justicia confirming the fugitive software magnate’s death, attempts by jail staff to resuscitate McAfee were unsuccessful. McAfee was 75.
This is another case of a helped self deletion?
Guess with no one to defend against, the charges of tax evasion and forfeiture of funds can happen unimpeded.

I personally would not doubt he did it himself to give the finger to anyone that wanted him jailed. He seemed to enjoy railing against authority.
