So, this guy wants to sue the police and the state because they did not show up fast enough in Seattle. You know CHAZ right? The place where they put up barricades to keep the police out and attacked the police!

Just goes to show that these idiots only want to be able to blame the cops for something.

June 25, 2020 at 9:18 am #171492Does not matter even ignoring all the autonomous zone crap, the courts have rules several times that the duty to protect is to the general public not every individual. See Warren v DC or Castle Rock v Gonzales (a US supreme court case).
In the Warren case the DC police even made multiple mistakes and the courts said the police cannot be held responsible for not protecting her.

A huge shit show is coming just right around the corner. You see what is going on here, most of us see it. The elections will be the fuse to light this powder keg off.
No matter what the outcome is, it is going to piss one side or the other off. That will be a whole other thread topic later.
All of this sued money will come straight out of our tax dollar. Of which I have no plans on paying into anymore. The deal has been broken. They are not upholding their end of the bargain. Even here in FL BLM people are blocking the roads and making trouble. Where are the cops?
The cops show up when I don’t wear my mask inside. Yeah some real bullshit. And I am done protecting the fucking cops too.
These cops want to fucking hassle me while real thugs and scumbags are only 2 blocks away blocking traffic. Get fucked!
