From watching along so far (over 30 minutes into the first video) it reminds me a ton of Skyward Sword, in the art, sound, and feel. I never finished Skyward Sword (it got long in the tooth), but I really liked the aesthetics of it. Obviously the gameplay is a lot different, as Skyward Sword was old formula Zelda. The complete power and inventory reset there at the start feels exactly like every Metroid sequel. :)
