January 18, 2023 at 7:42 pm #291698I know you see it as humor but the reality is, the image in the OP is accurate to the lore and traditions of these Mando’s. They are of different sects and color is part of their sect, it is sort of like gangs and or religion colors. Colors also represent other things like a Mando would wear grey when they are on mourning. There is Orange in the image, well, Orange = A lust for life (for Freedom).
You have two different Mando types in that image, and various sects among those. It would be a boring world if only a few colors were used for Mando armor.
So no, there is no “creativity bankrupt” here. The image in the OP is true to lore and belief of Mando’s, and no, that’s not something Disney changed. It’s been that way LONG before Disney took over.
