I am always digging through older movies looking for good ones I have forgotten about or have never seen.  And I am not talking about life altering block blusters just movies that are fun, enjoyable or teach any sort of actual morality.

Here are some of the ones I like that are not necessarily well known.

      -Arena (1989)

It’s a Scifi movie.  A B one at best.  But it’s weird because the story is fairly interesting and the costumes are awesome but the sets are obnoxiously bad.  It does have a number of people whom went on to do other popular things.

      -The Voices (2014)

Here is Ryan Reynolds in a role that if creepy as all hell.  It’s not that he is evil, it’s just that he is insane.  The voice of the cat was friggen hilarious in a psychotic way because cats are indeed psychotic.

      -Vampire Hunter D (1985)

My favorite anime of all time.  Crazy cool story and just really well done.

      -The Encounter (2010)

This is my favorite Christian movie of all time.  It is very unique, is done very well and if you watch it even being halfway curious about Christ, it explains it to you through plot.

      -An Unfinished Life (2005)

This is actually one of my top 5 favorite movies.  It’s got gorgeous backdrops, wonderful story and amazing actors and actresses.  Even the young lady in it was bananas good.
