Hello again, Mario_zeroSOY, thank you for your reply. I did not know that you hated Sonic and Minecraft Steve, but everyone has a hated character that they strongly dislike and I understand your choices based upon your reasons.

I don’t have one yet, but I suspect I will soon. I’m currently playing Borderlands 2 (for the 4th time) and plan to play Borderlands 3 for the first time, next. From what I’ve read, the “Calypso Twins” will be my vote for “Most Hated Video Game Character”. They are the primary antagonists of Borderlands 3 and are the leaders of the Children of the Vault cult. Reportedly, they were intended to be extremely annoying, and countless players have confirmed that they are. As excited as I am to start BL3, I’m dreading having to endure these two characters. It doesn’t take much to annoy me.

Hello again, Wu Bee Bee. Thank you for your reply. I own Borderlands 3 but have not played it yet. The characters look arrogant enough to be hated characters, but I need to play the game before giving my honest opinion on them. I hope that you enjoy Borderlands 3.

You’re going to find someone much more unlikable than the twins around the halfway point or earlier. Trust me, at the end of BL3 you’re going to be really bitter.

Oh yeah, that character and story is complete trash. I recommend it based solely on the great gameplay but also suggest skipping the cutscenes.

Madison Page could have been removed from Heavy Rain, and you would still have the whole experience without the awkward scenes she was in (her DLC chapter is cringe). Aside from being fap material for David Cage, and always putting herself in rapey or dangerous situations, Madison contributed nothing to the game besides awkward sex with “Best Dad EVA.” Did her rapey dream even contribute to the story? The mom Shelby works with should have been the 4th character, not useless Madison.

Sylvanas by FAR. The way they wrote her to be Mary Sue, cringe dialogues/monologues. It’s insane.
Erin from the Thief Reboot comes to mind.
Abby macho-man or macho-woman, take your pick.
Otherwise there isn’t one I hate. Dislike sure, the list is big.

Jedi Knight 3, Jedi Academy.
Imagine Jar Jar Binks being your training partner and feeling competitive against you so in basic training he sicks a training Saber wielding robot on you so he can win the race that no one else was running.
He leans over and puts his arm on Kyle Katarn’s shoulder but Kyle pulls away and brushes off his shoulder, that was his first day at the Academy.

There is a moment part way through the game that makes it all better though 😈.

Iden Versio from SW Battlefront II. She is basically: “So the Empire was bad all along? No wayyy…”. Horrible character development. *facepalm
Corypheus from DAI. He was like “I will rule the world. Fear me. I am the Big Bad”. Then he get his ass kicked like 3 times. Very scary villain, very threatening… *facepalm

Hello again Hazu, thank you for your reply. I agree with you that Micah and Abby are terrible characters for their perspective games. I have not heard of B-Fresh because I quit the NBA 2k games at NBA 2k14.
