A relative dragged me to see this. Have not seen the previous two. Was a bit slow at first, but was so well done. Very wholesome. I liked the crowd in the theater. Parents with kids. Some good art shots of flowing paintings and good dream sequences. Also, so many classic comedy scenes that just can’t be beat.

Made me want to watch the prior movie and I realize I missed out on those. About finding family history and your home and where you belong.

My mum is a huge Paddington Bear fan even at her age and loves the films. I’m sure she’s got her eyes on this as well! Paddington is very popular over here in the UK.

Saw this one and liked it. There is explanation of chi energy that is very much like the force. Does a good job there. Also, liked the villain who had these trained insects that could sting or rope people in spider webs. Really creepy use of trained bugs by the villain.

Travel back in time to ancient China, find your destiny, and become a DragonKeeper

They compare to Dragonball Z with advancement of powers and skills and such, which is very Chinese in story-telling, the gamification of skills and leveling up.
This is the highest grossing animation of all time? Beating Disney? I’ve never heard of it but I have read some Chinese sci-fi due to high video game type influence.

Chris Gore mentioned this one. Group of girls make a robot that sniffs out land mines? Pretty good. I remember one professor working on insects that could sense chemical weapons, or at least that was the project. I will probably see this one just because the rest of Hollywood is played out to me. Truly think that the occupier class that controls our movies and academia has talked more trash about westerners than they ever did about the middle east, so I kind of got over my disdain for it, thanks to the utterly awful antiwhite people in Hollywood and the media and the schools. Good to see the middle east actually teaching their kids something.

Afghanistan? While your kids get taught diversity, the world teaches theirs robotics.

In a nation where educating girls is seen as rebellion, a visionary woman dares to teach young minds to dream. When their innovation draws global attention, their success sparks hope—and opposition. As threats loom and sacrifices are made, their courage and unity ignite a movement that could forever transform the world.

The Cyber Nerds just covered this. I did not watch this show, but heard it got high marks. There was also Fallout. Not sure how that went. People seemed to like it. Anything with prepping and survivalism is good and real. Maybe more real that we know.

Synopsis: Inspired by the true story of a disillusioned Englishman who went to work in a school in Argentina in 1976. Expecting an easy ride, Tom discovers a divided nation and a class of unteachable students. However, after he rescues a penguin from an oil-slicked beach, his life is turned upside-down.

These are really great posts.  This last page all look great.  Angel studios is very good.  And I love the ancient Chinese stories that get animated.  Netflix did some of them like “Wish Dragon” and “Monkey King”.

@Vknid Hey, thanks a lot. Really appreciate it. There was a time I did like all the comic superhero stuff and Star Wars, but as we all know, the quality just declined, so I guess I’m looking for movies like the Old ones you posted that have the writing behind it that are more original. Justine Bateman was saying that Hollywood just wants epic sequels that will clear a hundred million no matter what, so the result of that is carbon copy, paint by the numbers products.

Agree with you about the eastern dragon lore. They are finally starting to get good at it. When the Sea Turned to Silver would make a good animated dragon film.

Finally, yeah, I thought Angel Studios would be better, but I did end up seeing Rule Breakers and I liked it. Good acting. Good story. Believe it or not, some parts of that world are changing and evolving. Angel Studios has the most upside potential. I heard they have a million members now? Imagine that. Being able to ask for a few bucks from a million people at any given time and being able to maybe fund a low budget movie.

Might see this one in 4DX if the racing scenes are good. For me, the only draw really is Joseph Kosinski, since some of his movies I have liked in the past. 4DX gives me that roller coaster sensation of speed, so I’ll wait for some reviews, but plan to see this one in 4DX. Nothing like driving home after a flying or racing movie.

Not sure how I feel about constantly pushing the color pink on men. I see it too much.
Also, no wise cracks about how this is what Elon is gonna do to the terrorists.
