Just found a new store near Atlanta that has dozens of new comics every week, from major brands to all types of indies. I plan to be spending way too much money there this year and I’m looking for suggestions. Tell me what y’all like. I already collect DC and like indies and Star Trek (I’m getting IDW TOS Star Trek currently).
<p style=”text-align: left;”>If you’re into horror and things like Ultraman, Giant Robots & Monsters, check out Ultra Mega. It just came out and was such an amazing read for me I bought the 3 variant covers and plan to have an artist I really like draw on the sketch cover.</p>
For Marvel, a lot of their mini series are good right now. I like Iron Fist: Heart of the Dragon and the Taskmaster miniseries that are going on right now
for indies, Fire Power is amazing. Robert Kirkman and Chris Samnee are killing it right now

Neon Future, for my tastes, is one of the newer comics than stand out the most.
Thirty years from now, a cold war brews between the Augmented, who have integrated technology into their bodies, and the Authentic, who have not. Violence erupts when the world’s most famous anti-tech crusader, Clay Campbell, dies and is resurrected with illegal neural technology. Unable to control his terrifying new powers, Clay must seek help from the man he hates most, Kita Sovee, the mysterious leader of the resistance group Neon Future.
I like that, the “Augmented” vs the “Authentic.” X-Men was humans vs. mutants, while Neon Future is humans vs. cyborgs. The theme is Trans-humanism. The comic kind of portays humans as mean and cruel, while the brain-chipped are portayed as oppressed. It’s just like the propaganda that I grew up on. It makes me chuckle. Also, Trans-humanism is where things are going right now with Neuralink and comics should be on the cutting edge of the future.
There is another comic I like called Stone Star. https://duckduckgo.com/?q=stone+star+comic&t=newext&atb=v241-1&ia=web
The nomadic space station called Stone Star brings gladiatorial entertainment to ports across the galaxy. Inside this gargantuan vessel of tournaments and temptations, foragers and fighters struggle to survive.
A young thief named Dail discovers a dark secret in the depths of Stone Star and has to decide where his destiny lies – staying hidden in the shadows or standing tall in the searing spotlight of the arena. Either way, his life, and the cosmos itself, will never be the same!
Can anyone here tell me if Dark Nights Metal is decent?
I got a chance to get Dark Days: The Road to Metal + Dark Nights Metal: Dark Knights Rising + Dark Nights Metal: The Resistance for a good price but I’m not sure if the content is any good because they’re quite recent…
Thanks in advance

I do not know how this will work as a comic, but I love the actual books and novels. https://www.boom-studios.com/wordpress/archives/dune-house-atreides-1-second-printing-sells-out-and-returns-with-new-printing/
