New Star Trek is NOT Star Trek

The new versions of Star Trek, IE Discovery and Picard depart so far from the vision of Roddenberry as to not be Star Trek in my book.

Roddenberry had a progressive and peaceful vision of the future as far as mankind goes. His shows were a positive message that showed us how understanding, ACTUAL tolerance and even love could bring the entire human race together so that it can work as one to evolve and move far beyond our humble beginnings.

But now you have these shows, depicting a dark, gritty and sometimes horrific vision of things to come. I truly believe they are a reflection of the misery inside the SJW heart and an attempt at destroying more things that are/were considered positive.

I refuse to watch these shows and as far as I am concerned, Star Trek ended with DS9 (although Enterprise was a respectable show IMHO).
