Got a strange notification today that gives me no info as to what it’s about or why I received it. I’m not sure what “Your Sou…” is supposed to mean and when I click view I get the blank screen with no instruction as shown below.

The first thing I do when I log in, is to delete EVERY notification.
I do NOT need to know when someone creates a new profile.
I do NOT need to know when someone updates their profile.
I do NOT need to know when someone makes a BLOG (I never read them anyway).
