Great news! Thanks to COVID-19, New York City has officially banned pooping on the city’s subways! Hoorah!
I mean it was technically banned already, but the rules never mentioned defecation by name. So I guess I could’ve pooped on a NYC subway and I wouldn’t get in trouble?

Let me see if I get this right.
Covid has been in the states since January, and on March 1st in NYC.
It took them SIX MONTHS to declare it a health and safety issue – to not sh!t in the subways due to Covid ! ? !
And they have the gall to say Trump has been acting TOO slowing on the pandemic?
