Tanya Roberts dead: ‘That 70’s Show,’ Bond actor dies at 65
Tanya Roberts, the actor best-known as Midge Pinciotti from That ’70s Show and who also played a “Bond girl” in A View to Kill, died in a Los Angeles hospital on Sunday at age 65.
Her publicist and longtime friend, Mike Pingel, confirmed the news, saying that Roberts’ death had nothing to do with COVID-19.
But if they find some way to say it was, the media/medical community will.
He said Roberts was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Dec. 24 — more than a week ago — after she collapsed in her California home upon returning from a walk with her dogs.
According to multiple reports, the actor was put on a ventilator but never recovered.

Roberts’ death was related to a urinary tract infection, publicist Mike Pingel said. He had been at the hospital Tuesday morning with O’Brien to pick up Roberts’ personal effects.
Roberts collapsed at home on Dec. 24 after walking her dogs and was admitted to Cedars-Sinai. She had been reported dead on Sunday, but publicist Mike Pingel said that was based on a mistake by O’Brien, who believed Roberts had slipped away during what was expected to be a final visit.
Death unrelated to COVID-19
Numerous outlets, including The Associated Press, reported Roberts’ death Monday, based on information Pingel received from O’Brien.O’Brien, who’d been unable to see Roberts in the hospital because of COVID-19 restrictions, was allowed to visit Sunday as her condition worsened. The actor did not have the virus, he said.

First cinematic cooch I ever saw.
She was a BIG thing for some kids of the 80’s as her starring role in Sheena…a PG rated film, included a full frontal skinny dipping scene before Gremlins and Temple of Doom forced the MPAA into restructuring what was deemed appropriate for each rating including the newly established PG-13.
So yeah…thanks a lot, Steven Spielberg.
Roberts also dipped skin in The Beastmaster, another PG rated film….back when movies were cool.
