Digital and a copy I actually own. I will never again, do stuff like PSN store. That’s just awful. I want a copy of something on my computer permanently.
Physical in most cases. Sadly PC games on physical media is virtually non-existent so the best I can do is have multiple backups of my games on HDD
I almost always prefer physical copies, but digital can be very convenient if you like to juggle multiple games at once.
I like the convenience of digital and that you’re not limited by what you bought. But physical is all around better. Better quality, can’t be changed or randomly taken away from you. Not to mention all the extras on the disc.
Physical whenever possible. I like to be able to physically hold the things I buy in my hands.
Digital is fine as an alternative to cable TV and the now mostly dead video rental market, but when it come to owning something, I want a disc on my shelf that wont change or vanish overnight because the studio cowers to moral busy bodies. Warner bent the knee and pulled Gone with the Wind and these SJW pricks are already making lists of other problematic films https://archive.vn/laItK . And that’s stuff like Forrest Gump and Indiana Jones. Heaven forbid what they will want done with films like Isla: She Wolf of the SS.
Physical forever
Once everypart if the world has access to the internet there will almost be no need for Pysical Media
With Companies already changing or removing various things from the past like; Gone with the wind, Back to the Future, Lelo and Stitch, and many more we probably aren’t even aware of
Censorship of those things of the past and Presebt needa to stop
I have never bought a movie digitally, and seeing what is going on right now, I probably never will.
I also prefer a physical copy over having it on digital. It’s nice to have the movie in your hands and to add it to your collection.
While digital may be more convenient I will always prefer physical media, especially now with companies ever so slightly changing digital versions online.
Physical cant be altered or cancelled so, there’s your answer.
That’s what worries me. I store HDDs in a bank security box with digital backups of photos and home videos, to protect them from theft, fire etc.
But my commercially-produced BD and DVD collection has no such protection. The digital copies of those BDs and DVDs on my home media server are only encoded @ H.264, and those servers are subject to the same risks as my physical disc collection.
In other words, SJWs can’t “cancel” my movies, but an “act of God”/aka mother nature can.
By all means “do what must be done, do not hesitate show no mercy”.
Physical
I can’t get over that profile pic lol.
